Over 12 months, you will receive support from our expert coaches to reduce electricity, waste, and water usage. This includes quick surveys, carbon reduction alerts, and virtual energy coaching, along with campaigns and training materials to help new behaviours stick.

~ Check your bills - it will mention automatic or 'Smart' readings if you have a smart meter

~ Meter readings - If you have never been asked for a reading, then it's likely you have a smart meter
